Centennial    spicy citrus aroma and clean bitterness - use for late additions and dry hopping

Chinook        intense aroma - use for bittering pale ales, stouts, & porters

Magnum        clean bittering - use for ales and lagers

Nugget          clean bittering - use for bittering

Willamette      spicy character - use for aroma
